The People Behind PPMG
Local. Hands-on. Invested in the long-term success of every property and every resident.
Over two decades acquiring residential and vacation properties across multiple states. Founded PPMG to bring that investor’s eye to Northeast Ohio management.
Former Ohio realtor. Partner with Kevin on acquisitions and management since 2002, bringing local market knowledge and hands-on oversight across PPMG’s portfolio.
Property manager since 2021. Handles tenant placement, lease issues, and the day-to-day finance that keeps residents in good standing and owners paid on time.
Supports finance and reporting across the portfolio and runs PPMG’s lawn care division, keeping curb appeal sharp at every property we manage.
